• 能准备，煮海鲜汤和其他的简单菜肴

Prepare ingredients and cook seafood soup and other simple dishes

确保摊位清洁，并始终保持摊位的良好卫生标准

Ensure the cleanliness of the shop, and that hygiene standards are met at all times

• 确保摊位库存保持新鲜并遵守 FIFO（先过期先出）标准

Ensure all goods are stored properly following FIFO (First In, First Out)

• 了解整个大厅的操作（在操作需要时提供协助）

Learn the entire floor operations and be able to assist team members when necessary

• 收银员职责

Basic cashiering duties

• 其他与工作相关的临时职责（如果需要）

Any other tasks as assigned when necessary
