• Order fulfilment
• Assist in all admin and operational duties.
• Manage and work closely with external logistics on daily orders' delivery.
• Handling all customer queries via online chats and email (template provided)
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by Management.
👉 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Customer service background is an advantage as we will be dealing with online customers.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese - in order to handle all Chinese speaking customer queries via online chats, incoming calls and enquiries
• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organized.
• IT savvy and quick learner to pick up new skills in operations system
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
