岗位职责：

1.负责3-18岁各个不同年龄，不同数学/英语基础学生数学教学授课任务;2.个性化VIP教学，根据学生的不同情况制定合适的教学方案，并协助学生培养良好的学习方法与习惯； 3.与学生、家长保持良好的沟通，对学生进行教学引导和心理疏导工作；4.及时接收学生、家长的反馈意见，不断提高教学服务质量； 5.积极参加教研活动，配合和完成上级布置的教研任务。

任职要求：

1.有良好的相关专业学位;

2.有2年以上教学经验;

3.有国际学校教学经验者优先;

4.有IB系统教学相关认证证书者优先;

5.热爱教育行业，热诚认真的工作态度，良好的耐心和强烈的责任心，良好的沟通技巧和表达能力;

6.具备灵活科学的教学方法，擅于和学生进行交流互动

Mathematic/English Education Consultant

Job responsibilities:

Tutored students ranging in age from 3 to 18 with variety basic Mathematic/English skills.

Assisting students to develop good learning methods and habits through individualized VIP teaching, formulating appropriate teaching plans according to the unique situations of each student.

Provide students with guidance and psychological counseling and maintain good communication with parents and students.

Feedback from students and parents is received in a timely manner, and teaching services are continuously improved.

Participate actively in teaching and research activities, cooperate with superiors, and complete assigned tasks.

Job requirements:

Have a degree in a relevant field; A minimum of two years' experience teaching.

Teaching experience in international schools is preferred.

Teaching certifications related to the IB system are preferred.

Exceptional communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, enjoy the education industry, sincere and serious work attitude; Communicate effectively with students and use flexible and scientific teaching methods.

Salary is negotiable.

MOE teacher is preferable.
