Responsibilities:
• Help department heads and directors with administrative tasks.
• Arrange travel, manage schedules, schedule meetings, and write letters accurately.
• Keep meetings organized and record minutes carefully.
• Handle communication with business contacts while maintaining confidentiality.
• Research and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
• Organize files for different types of documents.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies or similar.
• At least 3 years of similar work experience。
• Experience in F&B/Hospitality industry is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Resilient, focused, and committed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and independent。
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
