• Pay range: $2,500 - $3,000

• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Provide sales administrative support.
• Review, verify and process invoices.
• Handling DO, PO, Invoices and shipping advice.
• Support the sales and finance department to ensure success and smooth transaction.
• Manage and ensure accurate, and timely payment disbursement.
• Maintain proper accounting record and filling in accounting system.
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in handling account receivable and or account payable.
• Possess basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
• Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.

• 熟练掌握MS Office,特别是Excel,并熟悉会计软件。
• 具备良好的中文和英文沟通能力,以便与中国总部同事沟通。
